The new PLC uses ARM Cortex-A7 processor, working at 800MHz, with 128MB DDR3 RAM, 8GB eMMC flash, and 10KB NVRAM i.e. Battery-Backed Memory, also has RTC.

8 digital input, 6 transistor output, 16 analog input with 24 bit ADC, each AI can be 0-20mA, 0-5v or NTC(B3950), 4 analog output with 16 bit DAC, each AO can be 0-20mA or -10 to +10VDC.
